Expressing our needs clearly, in a way that will be understood, is not always easy.  We share our thoughts and feelings to convey a message. When we let our emotions take control, we diminish the effectiveness of the message. The higher our emotions get, the less rationally we act. More than just counting to 10, this one-day class offers tried and true techniques to get your message across in an effective, calm manner. The course provides effective tips and tricks to use at work and with your loved ones at home.

Course Fee: $115

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class will not be charged. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded. Cancellations received ten (10) or less business days before the start of the class will be charged at full price. This late cancellation charge compensates RTC for the non-refundable costs incurred prior to the start date of the course.
No Shows: A No Show on the day of the class will result in a full charge for the class.
